 Burton and Norma Everist, 64th wedding anniversary, married August  26th, 1962 August 26th is also celebrated as Women's Equality Day marking the 1920 day U.S. Secretary of State signed the proclamation certifying the 19th Amendment. This action officially added women's constitutional right to vote into the U.S. Constitution
